What this site can publish
The production MVP uses the direct-agent catalogue. Other property evidence remains private until its public commercial-reuse basis is recorded. Storage is evidence of possession, not permission.

- No page is a title search, valuation, legal opinion, complete market census or proof of absence from held registers.
Environment and flood boundary
The public research status page names each official feed, its publisher, geography, importer observation, licence and gate. England-only flood data is not applicable to Jersey, Crown Dependencies enrichment is not published pending source-by-source rights review, and Copernicus is not checked because credentials and a bounded scope are not approved. None of those states means no hazard exists.
Commercial policy
Agent and conveyancing introductions are optional. Providers may pay a fixed partner fee or a disclosed fee for a qualified introduction, but payment never changes organic listing or agent order. Raw catalogue data, private source payloads and lead submissions are not sold as bulk data.
Catalogue build date: 2026-09-30. Corrections and removal requests are accepted through the corrections route.
