No account, no sign-up. Saved properties and comparison selections are held in your own browser's local storage and never sent anywhere — clearing your browser data clears them. If you use the contact form or sign up for an alert, what you submit (a message or an email address plus search criteria) is stored so a reply or an alert is possible, and used for nothing else — see contact for how to have it removed.

Listing details belong to the agents shown and can change or sell without this site knowing until its next refresh. Sold prices, planning records and everything derived from them are provided for information only. Nothing here is advice — not legal, financial, investment or valuation advice — and no figure on this site should be relied on for a purchase, sale or lending decision without independent professional confirmation. Cost-of-works estimates are this site's own calculations, described in full on the about page.
