Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
A good example of a paired house, dated 1776 retaining original external features and fabric. Also part of a long, imposing group of C18 houses on the E side of the road on the outskirts of St Aubin's.
