Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This mid C18 farmhouse and outbuildings is a good example of a historic farm group with little altered outbuildings and pigsties. The farmhouse retains some historic features both externally and internally.
