Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This attractive early C18 farmhouse, with its unaltered front facade, still retains its character internally and externally while contributing to its rural streetscape. An historic development can be seen in the panelling, stair and doors.
