Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This is a fine mid 19th century 5 bay house which contributes to the streetscape although diminished by its modern box dormers. It retains many original external features, however, no internal features of note remain.
