Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
A good survival of a late Victorian warehouse, which forms part of an outstanding, unique set of merchants houses and warehouses, 1-31 Commercial Buildings located on the quayside.
