Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
Good example of a mid C19 villa retaining many original external features, forming one of a pair and contributing to the streetscape as one of several similar pairs on the street. Some original interior features survive.
