Seaton Place, St. Helier · Listed Place Grade 2 · Reference HE1544
Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
One of only a small number of exposed historic street surfaces that survive in the centre of the town - narrow cobbled lanes and yards that date to the early 1800s, and possibly into the late 18th century. Each greatly contributes to the historic character of St Helier.
