Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
A range of 18th century cottages / stores (restored 1994), which retain historic character and features of interest. Part of an important group of buildings in Dumaresq Street and Hue Street which provides perhaps the best surviving example of the early-mid 18th century townscape of St Helier.
