Listed status is a real legal constraint
Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
Early C18 farmstead, refronted in the C19, with outbuildings attached as paired wings flanking the house. Many original features survive.
