Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
Good example of farmstead developed since C17 or earlier with cottage, later main house and cider house, and C19 outbuildings, retaining original historic features and some internal features and integrity as a group.
