Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
An outstanding example of an early farmstead, with good survival of a C16 farm house with vernacular Jersey features, a later C18 farm house, and various farm buildings dating from C17 forming an important group and evidence of architectural developments over various periods.
