Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
A relatively rare survival of a Jersey watermill, principally 18th century in date, at a site where milling is known to date back to the 13th century; of significant historical interest. The mill cottage is of group value.
