Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This early C19 house retains its character and proportions. Many historic features remain internally and those renovated are replica copies of the original. The outbuildings to the north are C21, however, they have been sympathetically constructed.
