Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
Historic farm group which has developed from circa C16/C17, with C18 and C19 phases, retaining exterior character and stonework. Of most significance is the farmhouse, of pre-1650 origins, the other buildings being of value to the historic group.
