Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This is a mid/late C19 house with interesting associated buildings forming a group which contributes to the roadside rural setting. The conservatory is a rare survivor. Historic features remain internally and a fine entrance doorcase externally. Good example of Elizabeth II wall box.
