Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
An original house of C17, and likely earlier origins, with later house developed in the mid C19, retaining historic character and features of interest. The later developments create an attractive farm grouping.
