Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
Historic farm group. The granite farmhouse of C18/19 character retains its proportions, characteristics and some original features. As a group it remains cohesive and contributes to the rural setting. The C20 buildings are of no architectural or historic significance.
