Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
Historic farm group with C17 origins, and later C18 & C19 phases, retaining character and original features. Of particular note are the high quality main house, west extension and north stable block. A fine example of a farm complex with probable very early origins.
