Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This range of buildings, with C17-C19 origins, forms a cohesive group which contributes to the rural, roadside setting. They retain their historic character with historic features remaining. The house retains its integrity of plan form and historic features remain internally in each building.
