Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
The 1850s farmhouse is a good example of a late Regency style rural villa, and is of interest along with the outbuilding range to the north (originally the C18 farmhouse).
