Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This large C15/16 building shows many signs of alterations over the years to the front facade. It retains its proportions, fine stonework, and historic features externally and the corbeled fireplaces internally.
