Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
A good survival of an early Jersey farm house retaining significant internal and external features relating to its development since circa 1600 and possibly earlier. Other converted farm buildings listed for exterior character and group value only.
