Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
A good example of a small 19th century Jersey farm group which retains exterior historic character, features and group value. Includes unusual decorative entrance wing / orangery.
