Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
This early/mid C19 house retains its character and proportions with many historic features remaining internally and externally. The historic conservatory is of additional interest. The outbuildings add significance to the farm grouping as a whole, which contributes to the rural setting.
