Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
Early-mid C19 detached house, extended in phases, retains historic character and many external features, particularly door and windows to front and rear, also sensitively restored interior with much timber work including staircase, doors, partitions and panelling.
