Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
A good example of an historic farm group with 18th century farmhouse, with earlier origins and fabric to circa C16, and C19 additions. Retains historic character with some original features surviving from various periods.
