Trinity Grange
La Rue du Presbytere, Trinity · Listed Building Grade 4 · Reference TR0248
Under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, alterations, extensions and demolition of a listed building or place typically need Listed Building Consent, on top of ordinary planning permission.
The range of roadside buildings at Trinity Grange is a good example of a mid-19th century workers' cottage with attached stores / workshops that retains much of its original character and makes a strong contribution to the rural streetscape, with some unusual external features and layout.
